Aug. 15 5:00 wrap up session
Running shoes, T-shirt, shorts, sweat pants, light jacket or shirt, waterbottle
are necessary for all off ice sessions. Please come dressed in training gear!
Bring extra socks and t-shirt to change in to before ice.
For ice sessions, dress warmly and bring your water bottle. Full safety gear
is mandatory! Helmet, neck guard, shin pads, knee pads, cut resistance gloves.
Full coverage cut resistant suit is highly recommended.
