As skating technique has continued to evolve so have we! We are continually working with new concepts and new drills to help reinforce the feeling of powerful, easy skating. Discover some of the newest secrets to speed!

Short Track Camp

  Age 10 and up    500m time under 1.10

The camp will be geared towards novice to advanced intermediate level skaters.

Masters skaters are welcome!

Cost: $325 + GST

10% family discount for the 2nd and 3rd skater in each family

Camp Focus

Technical Skill Development using the ELLIS METHOD and the newest techniques in skating.

• On ice technical instruction focusing on maximization of power and efficiency
  

• Off ice instruction to enhance on ice performance
  

• Video analysis
  

• Intro to passing,  strategy, tactics, and track patterns
  

• One group per camp to allow for maximum individual attention, improvement, and focus
  

• All sessions led by Sue Ellis. In addition, highly qualified guest coaches will asssist at each camp.
