Camp Focus

Technical Skill Development using the ELLIS METHOD and the newest techniques in skating.

• Off ice instruction to enhance on ice performance
  

• Individual (5 day camp) and group video analysis
  

• On ice technical instruction focusing on maximization of power and efficiency
  

• 4 day and 5 day camp will include passing,  strategy, tactics, and track patterns
  

• One group per camp to allow for maximum individual attention, improvement, and focus
  

• All sessions led by Sue Ellis. In addition, highly qualified guest coaches will asssist at each camp.
